Paul taught in the public schools of Idaho, Oregon, and California, serving as classroom teacher, school principal, and special education programs including severely handicapped, learning disabled and gifted/talented.

After retirement, Paul founded Keene Health LLC, a natural health consultation company. Using his background in education along with techniques and tools seldom learned in the schools, Paul helps others overcome personal performance issues.

Specializing in ADHD, Paul teaches the use of protocols that he developed to successfully manage his own ADHD symptoms.
